Description
Scrapbook containing the records of the commissioners appointed by the Governor of Vermont to oversee the completion of the statue, mounted in a leather bound ledger book. Attributed to General Theodore S. Peck, secretary of the commission. Contents include correspondence, biographies, photographs, and a copy of the dedication address, given on July 3, 1913. Volume consists of 243 pages, but many pages are blank.
