Description
Advertising card published by the Fraser Baking Company of Burlington, Vermont depicting a group of five women in traditional dress with joined hands. No. 42 in a series of fifty "Magic Flying Trip" trade cards distributed with loaves of the company's bread. Designed to be completed by the recipient: printed with watercolor inks to be activated with water, and designed to be cut out and folded to create a circle of standing figures. Captioned "Folk Dance" in upper center and "Republic of Poland" in lower center. Labeled "Pat July 12-21 / March 6-23" in lower right corner of front. Rear contains instructions for painting and cutting, description of geographical area around Poland, and description of the Magic Flying Trip series. Labeled "Fraser Baking Company / Girard Brothers, Proprietors / 50 Cherry Street / Burlington, Vermont" on lower edge of rear.
