Dark green silk ribbon. Rectangular shape with pointed ends. Gold embossed decoration: "Vermont" in center, above seal of Daughters of American Revolution and below Vermont state seal. Paper label glued to to edge on rear reads: "Meyer's Shop / Badge Makers / 1331 F. St., N.W. / Washington, D.C."
