Description
Purple silk rectangular ribbon with gold lettering, rectangular brass frame heading and brass frame picture medallion attached to base. Brass frame surrounds letters "I.O.O.F." Medallion contains black and white portrait of a man in uniform. Ribbon lettering reads: "Department / Council / P.M. / Burlington / Vermont / May 16, 1916"
