Description
White silk rectangular ribbon decorated with crossed American and French flags, rectangular brass frame heading and brass frame picture medallion attached to base. Upper brass frame surrounds letters "Membre." Medallion contains black and white portrait of the Virgin Mary surrounded by lettering reading: "Conceil Imaculee Conception No. 78, U.S.J.B.A. Burlington, VT." Label on back reads: "From / the / Franco American / Regalia Co. / Worcester, Mass., / A.G. Lalime / Genl Manager."
