Rectangular white silk ribbon with black lettering, rectangular brass header at top and metallic silver fringe at bottom. Black lettering reads: "I.O.G.T. / Green Mountain Lodge / No. 56 / Morrisville, Vt." Brass header contains words "Faith, Hope and Charity" surrounding central seal.
