Labeled "Copyright 1901 by H.C. White Co." below title. Labeled "The 'Perfec' [sic] Stereograph. (Trade Mark.) / Patented April 14, 1903. Other Patents Pending." on left edge of front. Labeled "H.C. White Co., Publishers, General Office and Works, North Bennington, Vt., U.S.A." on right edge of front. Rear contains detailed printed description of the tomb.
