Black and white "real photo" postcard featuring a group portrait of fourteen women on the steps of a house. Captioned "The Waitress Staff 1936 Oakledge Manor, Burlington" on lower center of front. Rear obscured by black scrapbook paper and a small black and white photograph adhered to surface. Photograph depicts a Burlington Electric Light Department truck and workers stopped alongside a road.
