Oral history interview narrated by Jennifer Nicholls, Special Assistant to the Provost, with Special Collections Director Erica Donnis. Video recording of a virtual meeting conducted via Zoom, with accompanying written transcription. In this interview, Nicholls discusses her experience with the COVID-19 pandemic from March 2020 to March 2021, including efforts to support student academic success, support student and employee health and safety, support communication to and between divisions and departments, support the transition to remote instruction in the spring of 2020, implement the flex-hybrid pedagogical model for the fall of 2021, and the lasting effects of the pandemic on Champlain College and higher education in general. 39:38.
