Contains sections for both Mandarin-style Chinese dishes and "American" food, including soups, fried chicken, "chop sooy," eggs and omelets, boiled noodles with soup, fried and boiled rice, imported Chinese preserved fruits and candy, Chinese teas, oysters, lobster, canned fish, relishes and appetizers, poultry, casseroles, steaks, chops and cutlets, cold meats, salads, potatoes, vegetables, cereals, sandwiches, cheese, desserts, and hot and cold drinks.
