Oral history interview narrated by Eric Ronis, departing Associate Dean for Academics in the Division of Communication and Creative Media, collected by Special Collections Director Erica Donnis on May 23, 2022. Ronis discusses teaching communication, theater, and Core classes, developing the Social Impact Scholars Program, the Creative Media BFA program, the Canvas DEI course, and the Los Dormant Volcanoes improve troupe, and his involvement in the Blue Stool program. Ronis also discusses the history of diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives at Champlain, including Under Represented Groups for Equality (URGE), the Diversity Council, and Voices of Diversity.
