Double-sided color printed menu for The Sugar House restaurant at the Hotel Vermont. Cover contains the restaurant logo featuring a maple leaf and a line drawing of a maple tree with a sap bucket. Interior contains the menu, divided into sections for relishes, sea foods, soups, items "from the charcoal grill," salads, sandwiches, rarebits, cheese with crackers, desserts, and coffee, tea, etc.
